**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Provide personalized skincare advice tailored to each customer’s needs.
- Support daily store operations, including:

- Stock replenishment and inventory management
- Housekeeping to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Cashiering and promoting Watsons VIP Member Card
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Execute promotional activities and ensure effective product display.
- Participate in roadshows, corporate events, and other brand engagements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM. A Diploma or Certificate in beauty or makeup is an added advantage.
- Languages: Proficient in **Bahasa Melayu** and **English**.
- Energetic, pleasant, and passionate about beauty and customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Malaysian citizens only.
- Prior experience as a promoter or in retail is preferred.

**Rotational Shift**

A: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

B: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

C: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
