Accounts Admin Executive

Working Location: Singapore
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform full set bookkeeping duties (Accounts Payable & Account Receivable, Journal Entry, Bank Reconciliation) for one entity
- To ensure all invoices and receipts are updated.
- Responsible for day-to-day admin duties and assist with accounts audit annually.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by manager.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the QuickBook will be an advantage.
- Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
