Assist in the planning and coordination of event logistics, vendor coordination, and guest management.
- Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, crowd control, and teardown.
- Conduct market research for venues, suppliers, and event trends.
- Help maintain timelines, run sheets, and event documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as creating presentation decks, updating databases, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, performers, and clients under the guidance of the project lead.
- Support post-event evaluation including feedback collection and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during event days

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
