We are hiring a Resident / Accommodation Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, student housing facilities, and the overall resident experience, including the convenience store and café.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage student and parent enquiries, tenancy processes, check-in/out, and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with residents and parents to foster a safe, supportive, and community-oriented living environment.
- Oversee daily accommodation operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, front office, and resident services.
- Supervise convenience store and café operations, ensuring service quality, stock control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, resident concerns, and operational issues.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and landlords for maintenance and operational matters.
- Prepare monthly operational and financial reports; monitor budgets, expenses, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, building regulations, and business licensing requirements.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Property/Strata Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student accommodation, property management, hospitality, or strata management.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (with both students and parents).
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of building licensing and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Independent, responsible, and flexible to work evenings/weekends.

**Added Advantage**
- Experience managing student accommodation, hostels, or similar facilities.
- Strata management certification/background.
- Experience supporting multicultural or international student populations.
