Job Requirements: (immediate offer)
- Characterizes with patience, love, caring attitude and empathy with elderly
- Able to communicate in English but additional language is an advantage
- Able to multitask and communicate well with patients
- Fresh graduates and SPM holder are encouraged to apply
- Without academic certificate SPM/SPM also encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting Resident with personal care, update records and admit resident.
- Perform daily care routine procedures effectively, efficiently & satisfactory
- Transporting or escorting Resident for medical and other appointments.
- Observing, monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior and needs.
- Update health care records and reports.
- Support daily exercise and walk around routine.
- Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary task
- To act as a positive, cheerful and fun character to resident.
- To be aware of health and safety at all times and ensure a high standard of care delivery
- Promote a good team working environment and opportunities for service improvement within the care team
