Responsibilities:

- To perform general secretarial and clerical duties to support the operation of the department.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient document organization and retrieval.
- Provide other administrative supports to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Able to resolve internal/external problems/matter efficiently and effectively to ensure the problems/matter do no not accumulate.
- To perform any other duties as required by the management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 or 3 years of working experience as a Junior Admin Executive, Administrative Assistant or in other secretarial position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
