Assistant Manager, Rcu Governance

Manage and coordinate robust and consistent implementation of governance on 1.5LOD - Risk & Control Unit (RCU) programme to be in line with relevant Risk Management Framework and Policy & Procedures (P&P) to ensure Operational Risk and broader non-financial risks undertaken are within the objectives and approved risk appetites of CIMB Group.
**Key Responsibilities**
- As a second line of defence (2LOD) function, to coordinate effective deployment/implementation of RCU programme to be in line with the Group’s Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework and P&Ps by monitoring to ensure appropriate RCU structure is implemented in each BU/BE;
- To monitor and track activities surrounding the RCU programme by collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams within NFRM, Group Compliance (GC), Group Human Resource (GHR) and any other relevant BU/BE to ensure effective implementation of RCU programmes;
- To keep abreast of market and regulatory requirements related to 3 Lines of Defences and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices, particularly on non-financial risk management, and identify opportunities to further enhance the RCU governance and structure;
- To monitor, and track RCU programme projects initiation and deliverables to ensure that all project strategic objectives are achieved effectively and timely;
- To inspire and inculcate the EPICC Culture to be in line with the Group’s cultural objectives;
