**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a **Quality Management Executive**at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd Packaging Division (A Member of Wilmar International Group of Companies) in Pasir Gudang.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality system management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, GMP standards and pest control.
- Solid background in quality assurance practices specific to the food industry.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and verify corrective actions.
- Support external audits, including system recertification and surveillance audits.
- Manage QMS documentation, including control of document updates, distribution, and archiving (e-DMS).
- Act as secretary for Management Review Meetings (MRM), including preparation of reports, minutes, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Perform routine quality-related tasks such as procurement support, record maintenance, and team backup.
- Compile and coordinate customer questionnaires and audit reports.
- Carry out other duties as assigned to support continuous improvement and departmental goals.
