Our Marketing department is looking for an enthusiastic and young individual to join our team as a Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist (Junior/Senior). 如果你是新时代社交媒体达人,平时爱刷FB,XHS,拥有着天马行空的想象力,对创意充满热情,并希望透过数码或社交媒体的知识,在品牌与市场上有所作为,那么这个职位绝对适合你 If you are a new age social media maven, usually love to brush up on FB, XHS, have a wild imagination, are passionate about creativity and want to make a difference in branding and marketing through your knowledge of digital or social media, then this position is definitely for you **What you'll do**: - Responsible in produce persuasive and interesting content for company's website, social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram and Xiao Hong Shu, content for marketing purpose and etc. - Create quality content for advertising and marketing campaign. - Well aware to market trend and research on industry-related topics. - Creating, adjusting, and managing the editorial calendar, proposals, and business-related content. - Manage advertisement and campaigns on the company's social media platforms and provide reporting for re-strategize and remarketing purpose. - Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics - Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans - Work with the design team for cross-platform content production **; Requirements: - TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THESE ROLE**: - At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is require for the position - Analytical and creative thinking - Strong project management skills - Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices - A sense of aesthetics - The most important thing is that you "love" marketing **EMPLOYEE WELFARE and BENEFITS**: - Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) - Seminar/Staff Training Subsidy - Seminar Leave for Staff Training - Performance-based salary increment policies and reward system - Near MRT Station and office located in Sunway Velocity Mall - Opportunities for promotion
