**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate and explain mobile products (smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories) to customers.
- Deliver a premium in-store experience
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock availability
- Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge, promotions, and technologies.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and management.

**Locations**:
Melaka
- Bandar Melaka

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for mobile technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in retail, mobile, or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
