**Contract Clerk, Operation Admin**

**The Role**:

- General administrative task such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing, sorting/filing/counting/sending forms and arranging courier
- Track all mandate creation and update inside consolidated master excel list
- Track all endorsement performed after mandate creation in consolidated master excel listing
- Perform data validation to ensure no duplicate record in the auto renewal policy listing and mandate record created.
- Perform quality checking (QC) on the hardcopy/softcopy form received vs the data entered into the system to ensure mandate is updated correctly as per the information written on the hardcopy/softcopy form.
- Perform quality checking (QC) on the hardcopy/softcopy form received vs the data entered into the system to ensure policy endorsement are performed correctly as per the information written on the hardcopy/softcopy form
- Coordinate with Branches on the mandate and endorsement update status
- Prepare tracking report of the total mandate form receive on daily basis as well as the total mandate & endorsement performed on daily basis
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Other responsibilities entailed.

**The Person**:

- Fresh university graduates (Diploma holder)
- Computer literacy - Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and teamwork
- Good problem solving skill
- Good at time management
- Adaptable
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
