Job Responsibilities: 1.Formulate foreign trade shipment plans and arrange reasonable transportation and customs declaration plans based on the "Export Goods Arrangement Form". 2.Maintain close communication with all foreign trade-related departments of the company to ensure that shipments, customs declarations, bills of lading, fees and other services meet the requirements of customers and business personnel. 3.Communicate and coordinate with the business department, warehouse, freight forwarder, and fleet before shipment to sort out the entire shipping process. 4.Make the customs declaration documents, certificate of origin, bill of lading and other information required for the order. 5.Compare the prices of bulk cargo and air cargo under CIF and DDP terms among three companies. Choose the carrier with the lowest price. If you do not choose the carrier with the lowest price, please indicate the reason. 6.After daily shipment, enter the financial ledger and document group ledger, and submit the ledger and abnormal situation report every month. **Requirements**: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more relevant work experience. 2. Familiar with the foreign trade shipping and transportation operating procedures and understand the international trade shipping terms. 3. Be familiar with the basic knowledge of documents involved in foreign trade. 4.Certain communication and coordination skills. 5. Proficient in operating office software. 6. Able to complete the production of customs declaration documents and follow-up orders. 7. Proficiency in English and Malay languages. Knowing Mandarin is an advantage,as this position needs to liaise with the counterparts of China. 8.Able to identify, assess and solve problem under pressure.
