Import & Export Declaration Coordinator

Port Klang, Malaysia TITIMAS LOGISTICS SDN BHD Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and ensure accurate and compliant import/export declarations to avoid penalties and delays in shipments.
- Work closely with internal teams, customers, and external authorities for seamless logistics operations.
- Monitor and improve system processes to boost operational efficiency.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed correctly and submitted on time.
- Actively engage with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify new service opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or higher.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or import/export operations.
- Knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations, shipping procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for liaising with customers, shipping lines, and government bodies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to manage shipment issues and customs clearance challenges.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail for accuracy in declarations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to generate reports.
- Willing to work in Port Klang.
- Quick to learn and follow instructions effectively.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
