**1. Cost Planning & Estimation**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural works based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
- Develop cost plans, Bill of Quantities (BQ), and material take-offs.
- Review and evaluate architectural design changes and provide updated cost implications.
- Assist in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising design intent.

**2. Tendering & Procurement**
- Prepare tender documents, tender queries, and cost analyses.
- Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Assist in selecting suitable contractors based on pricing, capability, and track record.
- Support negotiation processes to secure competitive project costs.

**3. Contract Administration**
- Manage contractual matters including progress claims, variation orders, and extension of time claims.
- Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material proposals related to architectural works.
- Ensure compliance with project contracts, standards, and regulations.

**4. Project Monitoring & Reporting**
- Conduct site visits to verify progress, quantities, and quality of architectural works.
- Prepare cost reports, project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts.
- Highlight potential cost overruns and propose corrective actions.

**5. Coordination & Communication**
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and project managers.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related insights for decision-making.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
