SEN (Special Education Needs) Teacher is responsible for: - Manage behaviour of SEN students in collaboration with classroom teachers - Discuss student's progress with parents, teachers, counselors, and administrators - Create a safe, productive classroom environment - Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one Teacher Assistant is responsible for: To assist Special Needs Teachers in for providing the appropriate accommodations and modifications to the set curriculum for their students. Their duties include identifying the individual needs of their students, creating a supportive and effective learning environment, and ensuring their students have the resources they need to succeed. Requirements - Bachelor Degree Holder Education/ Related Field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask We are looking for an educator who - Has experiences as Special Needs Teacher (at least a year) - Has certificates in Special Needs Education (preferred) - Has a willingness and commitment to contribute to the school community - Has excellent classroom practices - Holds a strong work ethic - Has a willingness and commitment to contribute to the development of the curriculum - Demonstrates professionalism in its broadest sense.
