**Location**:Shah Alam

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of food manufacturing company specializing in bread, cream roll and waffle production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing leadership, direction and management of the Finance & Admin team
- Exercising good judgement to identify and solve financial and complex operational problems
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO, board members, and the senior management team
- Translating strategy into business plans and establishes measurable targets. Oversees the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface between local teams, related companies and HQ
- Oversees the management and investment of funds and works with bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion, if required
- Providing professional advice on long-term business and financial planning outlook
- Ensuring that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet the organizations’ short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and standards. Able to respond to individuals and situations with integrity and respect

**Key Requirements**:

- **At least 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries**:

- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in cost accounting, supply chain finance, and production cost optimization in food manufacturing
- Proven ability to implement financial controls, improve profitability, and drive operational efficiencies
- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic financial planning to support business expansion
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to food manufacturing and financial reporting
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with other senior executives
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

- ACCA (preferred)
