Johawaki Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and dedicated **Personal Assistant to Chief Finance Officer** in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role to provide support to CFO and ensuring the efficient also smooth running of day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**PERSONAL ASSISTANT**
- Responsible for scheduling and managing Group CFO's Meeting calendar, proactively schedulling important meeting with internal & external individuals and maintain organize office.
- Track report submission due date and follow up with respective PIC's for timely submission report.
- Support and coordinates meeting organize by Finance Department include arrangement of teleconference and minutes taking as required.
- Coordinates, plan and organize small to large-scale meeting.
- Perform general clerical duties
- Travel arrangement : flight tickets & Hotel booking and visa requirement
- Manager, follow up, renew & safekeeping of documents / agreement in both hardcopy & softcopy
- Undertakes special assignments / project on a wide variety of issues as requested by the Group CFO.
- Contributes to the excellent reputation of the Group CFO's Office.

**FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & REPORTING**
- Managing the company's general accounting including but not limited to issuance of invoice, account receivables, journal posting for depreciation, salary, prepayments and monthly basis accruals.
- Keeping track of an account for inter-company transaction and coordinate with the inter-company for reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Perform the monthly closing activities within the stipulated timeline as per Company's SOP.
- Review bank reconciliation performed on monthly basis.
- Prepare account reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly Management Account within the stipulated timeline as per Company's SOP.

**AUDIT, TAX AND STATUTORY REPORTING**
- Prepare the relevant schedule and prepare the audit report
- Manage the year-end statutory audit and prepare the audit report
- Ensure tax compliance through timely submission of annual tax return, tax estimate and payment of tax instalment
- Prepare SST schedule, submit to tax department for checking and submit payment to Custome before dateline.

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma on Office Management, Secretarial or equivalent on related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office administration software
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge on financial and accounting are advantage
- Skills / Competencies : Good analytical, problem solving skill

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
