**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and execute a long-term business strategy aligned with market trends and company goals.
- Translate high-level strategy into short-term objectives and actionable plans.

2. Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations, balancing a hands-on approach with effective delegation.
- Establish efficient processes, embrace automation, and continuously optimize workflows.

3. Financial Oversight
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, financial forecasting, and profitability.
- Make investment decisions, monitor margins, and report financial performance to stakeholders.

4. Team & Culture Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a cohesive leadership team across functions.
- Foster a high-performance, innovative, and accountable culture.
- Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and retention.

5. Business Development & Market Positioning
- Identify and drive growth through new markets, partnerships, or products.
- Manage brand positioning, marketing strategies, and client relationships.

6. Stakeholder & Governance Engagement
- Communicate with investors, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and manage risks.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
**Experience**:

- 7-10+ years in senior leadership or general management roles; prior small-medium company.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, strategy, operations, and marketing.
- Proven P&L responsibility and success in scaling teams/business.
- Preferably experience working in automotive, industrial and engineering industry
- Experience working with a Board of Directors, product principles and dealers.

**Education**:

- Degree in Business, Finance, or Management.

**Skills**:

- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Financial literacy in budgeting, cash flow, and metrics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking.
- Leadership in team-building, delegation, and performance culture.
- Agile decision-making and problem-solving in dynamic settings.

- Adaptable, innovative mindset.
- Integrity and ethical conduct.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
