**Job Responsibilities & KPI**
- Produce & edit TikTok videos (product demos, trends, promotions) → 3 videos daily, consistent in posting according to content calendar.
- Plan content strategy with the ECommerce team to develop a weekly/monthly TikTok content calendar → Timely completion with 100% alignment to ECommerce campaigns and on-schedule delivery.
- Track performance of content & affiliates, optimize strategies → Measured by number of active affiliates recruited & sales generated.
- Recruit, manage & support TikTok affiliates with samples/assets → Improve sales from affiliate collaborations by 15% YoY.
- Stay current with TikTok trends, challenges and viral formats to create relevant and engaging content → Create & post 3 product trend-based videos per week.
- Analyze video performance metrics to identify what resonates with the audience and decide future content → Submit weekly performance report with at least 2-3 insights.
- Be comfortable on camera and try out new concepts for video content → Appear in at least 3 videos per week.
- Act as a Live Host whenever required to support campaigns or special events → Meet or exceed GMV/live target across platforms.

**Qualifications / Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation or social media management (TikTok experience preferred).
- Hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, and using TikTok native tools or apps like CapCut/Adobe Premiere.
- Experience in managing TikTok Shop / Affiliate Program or influencer collaborations.
- Proven track record of growing TikTok/IG accounts with strong content performance.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop is a plus).

**Competencies / Knowledge / Skills**
- Proven experience in TikTok/short-form video content creation.
- Strong creativity, video editing & storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of TikTok trends, analytics & e-commerce.
- Experience in managing TikTok Affiliate program (preferred).
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
