KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
_(job responsibilities)_
- Support core business team in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities.
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve customer experience, efficiency and lower costs.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved customer journeys, process models and organizational structures.
- Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
- Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results
- Assist in development of new process capabilities.
- Facilitate the review and update for business SOPs.
- Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
- Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
- Perform special studies and projects to improve account opening and communication between business and channels, specifically branches.
- Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods.
Managerial

**Requirements**:
- 3 years of project management experience; or
- 5 years of banking operations experience.
