Front Office Supervisor

Oversee and ensure the smooth, efficient and courteous operation of the Front Desk and Cashier Desk.
- Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.
- Ensure that all guests are greeted and farewells performed in an appropriate manner.
- Ensure that the Front Desk and Bell Service as adequately manned at all time.
- Organize staff meal breaks.
- Assist Front Office staff by providing support for any queries or problems.
- Perform shift hand over briefings in order to advise team member of any necessary information.
- Co-ordinate group movements and preparations.
- Monitor VIP and VVIP arrival and room allocations.
- Monitor room availability's and status on daily basis; inform all staff of critical occupancy days.
- In the event of rooms being unavailable for immediate occupation, contact the Duty Manager to escort guest to the lounge area or to assist where necessary.
- Organize VIP set up requests as required.
REQUIRED:
Professional Training in Room Division/Front Office 1 year in the in similar position.
Front Office knowledge and system proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and PMS System
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
