We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our IT team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support.

**What will you do as a HR intern?**
- **Manage Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our system in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations

**Job Requirements**

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English speaking.

- **Responsible work attitude**: Able to respond quickly and efficiently.
- **Highly responsible**: Self-disciplined, self-managed, and self-motivated.

**Take Note**:

- This is remote internship without **salary or allowance**. Interns will have online meetings weekly to discuss tasks, workflow, and necessary updates.
- Qualified applicants will be selected for exciting **on-site**or **remote internship positions**in various organizations.
- Interns who successfully meet the KPIs and fulfill the company's expectations will be provided with a **recommendation letter** and may be offered a full time position at the conclusion of the internship.
- **Project-based positions** are eligible for a commission based on successful project outcomes, company, and/or individual performance, set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings from the prior year.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location: Fully remote, you can work from anywhere.
