JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:

- Drive improvements to proactive monitoring, dashboards and activities that prevent high priority incidents
- Produce daily system performance overview reports & specific adhoc reports when requested by the business (network assurance, business, Management)
- Define and implement performance alarms settings for daily performance surveillance alarm modules or any other tool when appropriate Drive improvements to proactive monitoring, dashboards and activities that prevent high priority incidents

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Who you are:

- Bachelor’s Degree in information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Drive improvements to proactive monitoring, dashboards and activities that prevent high priority incidents
- Produce daily system performance overview reports & specific adhoc reports when requested by the business (network assurance, business, Management)
- Define and implement performance alarms settings for daily performance surveillance alarm modules or any other tool when appropriate
- He/she must be passionate about contributing to a great customer experience, extremely positive, creative and highly dedicated to deliver results.
- Demonstrated professional and people skills with the ability to be a productive independent contributor and team member
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrates original thinking, openness to change and offers alternate solutions to problems
- Strong understanding of Internet related technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP) and IT Infrastructure
