**Responsibilities**
- Update cashbook summary
- Responsible for electricity and rental billing and issuance of Official Receipt on a monthly basis
- Monthly reconciliation of maintenance charges and sinking fund
- Ensuring proper maintenance of documentation and filling to keep track of payment vouchers and documents on server and in physical folder
- Administrative matters such as printing and scanning payment voucher and instruction letter to prepare for monthly payment processing
- Prepare payment vouchers/instruction letters, and supporting documents as needed
- Responsible of arranging document runs, including cover letter and acknowledgment as and when needed
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
**Requirement**
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field will be an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
