Mould Executive

Lead, organize, develop and motivate the mould team.
- Supervise, train, and lead the Mould Department to maintain quality of mould in a safe and productive manner.
- Responsible for managing the onboarding of new moulds and re-fabricating old moulds within project’s needs.
- Ensuring efficiency in execution of daily mould team’s tasks, work scheduling, maintenance and in continuous improvement.
- Evaluate moulds and processes for continuous improvement towards completion of projects
- Work closely with production team in new mould fabrication development issues.
- Produce of mould drawing for mould fabrication, with involvement in estimating mould materials and cost within the budget.
- Control and minimize the material wastage during the mould’s fabrication.
- Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within Mould Department.
- Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment.
- Implement and manage all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all moulding equipment.
- Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
