We aim to provide exceptional customer service, extensive coffee knowledge and a comfortable atmosphere for our customers. **Responsibilities**: - Customer Engagement Initiatives: Authority to lead customer engagement activities, including gathering feedback, offering product recommendations, and sharing insights about ZUS Coffee’s products and the coffee journey. - Quality Control: Authority to ensure consistency and excellence in the preparation of all coffee beverages, maintaining high standards in presentation, flavor, and overall product quality. - Training & Mentorship: Authority to mentor and train other baristas, sharing knowledge, demonstrating advanced techniques (e.g., latte art), and ensuring the team upholds ZUS Coffee’s service and quality standards. - Problem-Solving: Authority to address and resolve customer issues related to service or products, ensuring swift and effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. - Process Improvement: Authority to suggest and implement improvements in coffee preparation processes, service flow, or customer interactions that align with the brand’s mission and values. Operational Oversight**:Must have Dining Experiences** **Requirements**: - Vaccinated with at least 2 doses - Proven experience as a Coffee Barista, with a strong track record of excellent customer service - Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively - Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay - Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge - A positive, outgoing attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: RM9.00 per hour Expected hours: 12 per week
