**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance E-Commerce operations, focusing on risk management and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address operational challenges and improve overall efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to E-Commerce, risk management, and customer service operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for innovation initiatives.
- Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects to test new ideas and technologies.
- Monitor the performance of innovation projects, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce, risk management, or customer service operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Filipino language is a plus.
