**Job Description**:

- Be responsible for respective FAC (Facility) system’s reliability, improvement, 6S, TPM and regulators' compliance.
- Operate, monitor and maintain equipment performance within the desired parameter.
- Ensure instrument be up to dated calibrated and validated for ensuring system reliability, effectiveness and accuracy.
- Prepare and ensure system WI (Working Instruction), SOO (Sequence Of Operation)/SOP (Sequence Of Procedure), PIV(Piping, Instrument & Valves)/SLD (Single Line Diagram)/Layout/Sectional drawings and O&M (Operation & Maintenance) documentation and checklist are kept up to date.
- Prepare and conduct HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessments and Determination of Controls and their Aspect and Impact to environment for the respective system and even process and work out with mitigation plan in order to minimize or eliminate the potential risk.
- Attend to and manage planned/unplanned start up/shutdown/downtime or breakdowns either facility system or whole plant.
- Ensure system compliance to company, local, national and international regulatory and ISO standard such as UBBL, DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, Suruhanjaya Tenaga and etc.
- Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with various interest parties in the daily operation issue, customer feedback, compliance, request and to ensure successful resolve, execution and implementation.
- Project support and liaison with consultants for designs and submissions and authorities in regulating confirmations and approvals prior to site works
- Coordinate vendors and suppliers for system maintenance and construction until project closure with testing and commissioning.
- Involved and support in internal/external/customer audit and performance correction/corrective action and preventive action against findings/improvement.
- Any special tasks given in align with individual and/or production growth/needed.

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIRED**:

- A0/A1/A4/B0 chargeman
- Diploma in engineering or higher
- 2+ years of related working (Facility)

**PREFERRED**:

- Electrical or Mechanical or Civil system
- Familiar any related computerized system

**SKILLS**:

- Facility utilities system and Project management (theory - design/calculation and practical - hands on/troubleshooting) as per stated in duties and responsibilities.
