**Your task **and responsibilities**:

- You will escalate unresolved issues and monitor to completion
- You will provide comprehensive training to customers tailored to their learning needs
- You will configure instruments and related reagents, perform Method Verification, optimization and workflow studies
- You will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Engineering to achieve installations to agreed timelines and quality including performing relevant instrument, software and assay updates and upgrades.

***Your qualifications and experiences**:

- You have at least 3 years of working experience i Application Specialist or clinical laboratory experience
- Experience and knowledge in method verification studies will be an added advantage

**Your personality and skills**:

- You possess strong analytics and technical troubleshooting skills
- You are a team player with the ability to work independently
- You are proficient in both written and spoken English
- IT knowledge or experience is preferred
- Knowledge on Quality Control
- Based in Central
- This role requires a flexible approach to working hours and travelling
- You should be wiling to re-locate if there is a business need
