Bhd., a trusted name in medical technology, where you'll play a key role in bringing advanced medical solutions to life.As a Clinical Application Specialist, you'll be the vital link between our products and the healthcare professionals who use them — training, guiding, and supporting them to deliver better patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert clinical and application leadership during sales demonstrations.Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations for market development.Collaborate with sales teams to address technical queries and support product presentations.Develop and deliver comprehensive product training sessions for physicians and other healthcare professionals.Instruct users on advanced features and functionalities to optimize equipment utilization.Manage demo equipment and inventory in assigned hospitals, ensuring logistical efficiency.Understand user requirements and tailor solutions to meet specific needs.Support workshops, trade shows, and conferences through product demonstrations and training.Monitor customer installations and maintain strong customer relationships.Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and communicate potential business opportunities to management.What We Offer Competitive salary + attractive commission 13-month salary + petrol & car allowance (>RM1,000) Overseas incentive trips Mobile phone allowance Medical & hospitalisation benefits Continuous training & professional development Supportive and collaborative team cultureQualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare, biomedical, or diagnostic medical sonography field (RDMS certification is a plus).Skilled in clinical applications, product demonstrations, and user training.Proficient in 2D, Doppler, and color flow imaging.Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.Willingness to travel up to 75% (local and overseas) with occasional overnight stays.Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for learning new technologies.
