We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the clinic, assist healthcare professionals, and ensure patients receive timely and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register patients upon arrival
  • Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical procedures
  • Take and record patients' vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, weight)
  • Prepare consultation rooms and ensure cleanliness
  • Manage patient appointments and follow-up scheduling
  • Maintain and update patient records and data entry
  • Dispense medication under supervision (if applicable)
  • Perform basic administrative tasks (answering phone calls, filing, etc.)
  • Ensure infection control and clinic hygiene protocols are followed

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems)
  • Compassionate, patient-oriented, and a strong team player
