**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond promptly to incident tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and support P.O.S (Point of Sale) systems and hardware at outlet stores.
- Ensure effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to outlet stores as required.
- Liaise with relevant teams and vendors regarding Desktop/Laptop PCs, LAN, WAN, and other related tools for retail outlets.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with IT systems, network infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Willing and able to travel to retail outlets or project sites for on-site support.
- Willing to perform stand-by duties after office hours and during weekends when necessary.
- Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
