Location : Sime UEP Subang Jaya

Working Days : 5 days

Nature of Business : Established IT company
- Consolidate requests from HSN/AAP NS and source from suppliers
- To prepare of Purchased Order & Sales order for HUB request.
- Handle Credit Note & Debit Note for company's shipment.
- To make the Report on daily routine into the system and Incoming Shipment monitoring.
- To manage & verify Invoice, Packing List and related shipping document. (K1,K2)
- Liaise closely with the outbound arrangement and follow up closely with vendor
- Manage inventory control, data storage system, warehousing function, logistic distribution and transport arrangement.
- To assist and ensure safe-keeping and filling of all shipping related documents for audit and ease of retrieval.
- To assist for respond regarding shipment clearance customs by forwarder etc..(DGF/DHL) for prepare & submit documents for customs clearance purposed (SST Exemption & Export document) for export shipping arrangement by forwarder.
- To manage Monitor the flow of logistics, delivery, pick up & receiving HUB shipment.
- Flexibility to carry out/ad-hoc any other task (freight forwarder, carries, customer service) projects and assignment given by superior as and when required.
- To assist report all shipment shortages & damages to management and assign to write-off finish good parts.
- To assist report with customers, suppliers, and oversea partners.
- Min Diploma or higher
- Able to communicate with different level of people

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
