Managing warehouse/store operations including receiving, labelling, segregating, arranging and loading.
- Implement and enforce an effective warehouse management system, including space optimization etc.
- Planning routes and load scheduling for multiple deliveries.
- Monitor container loading operations to ensure effectiveness and optimization of space.
- Ensure the achievement of KPI relating to warehouse operation, including shipping deadlines.
- Ensures compliance to Regulatory, Security, Safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Prepare daily local, outstation and overseas delivery schedule.
- Coordination with Customers/ Transporter/ Freight forwarders.
- Ensure sufficiency of finished goods for on-time delivery to customer.
- Monitor the quality, cost and efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Ensure all stock movements are properly and regularly updated and recorded.
- Ensure teamwork and build good rapport with colleagues and cooperate with other departments to ensure the quality of products.
- Ensure high standard of housekeeping and orderliness accordance to 5S principle.
- Conduct stock count of packaging materials and finished good on weekly / monthly basis.
- Ensure all warehouse transactions are updated accurately and prompt.
- Require to follow and support to any instruction or company regulation from time to time.
- Ensure proper documentations in place for traceability of product flows within the warehouse activities.
- Training and motivating subordinates to achieve high degree of efficiency and accuracy in warehousing and inventory control.
- Prepare weekly/monthly report for submission to Superior.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
