**Overview**:

- rhi is looking for a** Data Center Marketing & Product Specialist** for our oil and gas client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a contract role for 12 months.

**Working arrangements**: 60/40 (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Working hours will be 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (flexibility given as and when there are any occasional night calls)

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute comprehensive marketing plans for thermal management solutions across the AsPAC region
- Support preparation of annual marketing plans to generate new leads in the data center space
- Monitor and report on key market and competitive trends in the IT and data center sector
- Adapt global communications to local AsPAC channels and needs
- Lead the AsPAC IT event agenda in collaboration with management
- Own product localization and new offer launches
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key partners
- Support the positioning of the client's brand in the thermal management space

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

**About you**
- Minimum 2 years of brand, product, and offer development experience in a B2B environment
- Proven track record in developing innovative value propositions
- At least 2 years of experience in the data center industry
- Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities
- Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities
- Conceptual and analytical thinking skills to shape and frame new ideas
- Experience in corporate innovation or start-up contexts is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing business area
