**Position**: Sales Consultant

**Location**: Bandar Puteri Puchong / Batu Caves / Fraser Business Park, KL / Belakong

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide product demonstrations to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Manage the sales process from inquiry to closing, follow up on leads, and ensure customer satisfaction to build lasting relationships.
- Stay updated on product features and benefits, recommending the best options while upselling or cross-selling when opportunities arise.
- Maintained a clean, organized showroom, assisted with product displays, and ensured inventory was stocked to create an inviting shopping experience.
- Be able to work at weekends & off day on weekdays. (1 week work 45hr)

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year Experience & knowledge in communicating with customers. (Only for sales senior)
- Possess a Bachelor's or Diploma in business study, marketing, or equivalent field (will be an added advantage).
- Experience work in retail sales environment & customer service (will be an added advantage).
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Know how to communicate and write in Mandarin language (will be added advantage)
- Must be persistence, trustworthy, consistent follow up (basically in networking term be a farmer not a hunter) and know how to work as a team. (These skills can be trained but mindset must be willing to learn)

**Remuneration Package**:

- Basic Salary:
Sales Junior (fresh graduates): RM 2000 - RM 3000 + Commission

Sales Senior: RM3000 - RM 4000 + Commission
- Annual Leaves
- Public Holiday leaves
- Training provided.

**Working Hours**:

- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm)
- Monday to Sunday(Half-day)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
