D365fo Infrastructure Specialist

**Job Overview**:
An engineer designs and manages cloud-based systems for D365FO and Azure, collaborating with teams to identify optimal solutions, modify systems, and ensure to meet business requirements. Deploy, debug, and execute initiatives, leveraging relevant certifications and troubleshooting skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing various D365F&O environments such as Dev, UAT, Prod etc.
- Provisioning and managing servers, deploying databases, backups, security monitoring, system patching, and managing internal and external network connectivity.
- Must understand, and be able to use, a variety of tools to span the DevOps lifecycle from infrastructure and building, to monitoring and operating a product or service.
- Optimizing the performance of ERP environments.
- Experience with configuring and deploying one or more Continuous Integration (CI) /Continuous Delivery (CD) tools and will usually need to work closely with the rest of the development organization to ensure that these tools are used effectively.
- Ability to design, provision, and manage computer ecosystems, whether on-premise or in the cloud. It’s important to understand Infrastructure as Code (IaC), an IT management process that applies best practices from DevOps software development to the management of cloud infrastructure resources.

**Job Requirements**:

- Requirements Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent qualification, at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Support in D365FO/Azure or similar role.
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
- Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A continuous learner who is enthusiastic about embracing new technologies and methodologies.
- Incidence management and root cause analysis.

**Skills Required**:

- Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, Mongo etc.
- Excellent in infrastructure troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
- Experience with x++ language (will be advantageous)

**Employment Type**:Permanent Position.

**Working Hours**:8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

**Work Location**:Hybrid (HQ in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia).

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
