**JUNIOR SALES ASSOCIATE**
- Attend, greet and provide excellent customer service by developing and building a warm and professional relation with the customer.
- **Committed and driven to achieve company’s KPI and meeting sales goal to the highest level.**:

- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Coaching and inspiring part timers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and overall value.
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
- Develop a clear and effective communication style with your line manager ensuring key information is passed on.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards and presentation.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving, stocking merchandise and making sure consistency of replenishments are up to standard.
- To support the monitoring of the overall maintenance of the shop, reporting any issues appropriately.
- Manages all aspects of Loss Prevention and adheres to external and internal procedures for theft, inventory management and operations controls.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
