Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Admin and Sales role located in Shah Alam. The role involves managing administrative tasks, providing support to the sales team, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with financial documentation and reporting. The Junior Admin and Sales team member will also handle day-to-day customer service inquiries, ensure timely communication, and support the overall office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks to maintain efficient office operations.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and data management.
- Basic understanding of Finance to assist with documentation, invoicing, and reporting processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, alongside self-motivation and independence.
- Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using office software and other relevant tools.
