**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supplier Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements.

2. Procurement Process:

- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

3. Cost Management:

- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct price comparisons and manage budget allocations for procurement.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all procured materials meet the required standards and specifications.
- Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and supplier performance.

**Qualifications**:
Education : Atleast posses a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Experience in an international procurement environment is an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and procurement software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
