**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and updating Delivery Orders (DO), including data entry and document compilation for submission to Head Office.
- Assist in preparing and organizing Daily Site Reports.
- Support the preparation of Project Progress Reports.
- Carry out general office administrative duties, including handling stationery, supplies, and staff amenities.
- Help report machine breakdowns to the Purchasing Department and coordinate with delivery personnel for scheduling and receipt of materials.
- Assist in maintaining staff attendance, updating overtime claims, and compiling medical claims for submission to HR.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the site supervisor or management (e.g., paperwork, key handovers, filing).

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to work at a construction site and learn in a hands-on environment.
- Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM600.00 per month
