About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and organized Administration Intern to support our Admin, HR, Accounting, and Marketing teams. This internship offers real hands-on experience across different departments — perfect for students who want to learn how a business operates day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
Administrative & HR Tasks:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining company documents and files
- Help with recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
- Manage office supplies and support general operations
Accounting Tasks:
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Record daily expenses and petty cash
- Support preparation of invoices and payment records
Marketing Tasks:
- Help update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Assist in creating simple content or posts for marketing campaigns
- Support marketing events or promotions when needed
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, Accounting, or Marketing (students encouraged to apply)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Internship duration minimum 3 months
