About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and organized Administration Intern to support our Admin, HR, Accounting, and Marketing teams. This internship offers real hands-on experience across different departments — perfect for students who want to learn how a business operates day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

Administrative & HR Tasks:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining company documents and files
  • Help with recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
  • Manage office supplies and support general operations

Accounting Tasks:

  • Assist in basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Record daily expenses and petty cash
  • Support preparation of invoices and payment records

Marketing Tasks:

  • Help update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Assist in creating simple content or posts for marketing campaigns
  • Support marketing events or promotions when needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, Accounting, or Marketing (students encouraged to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Internship duration minimum 3 months
