We are currently seeking a versatile and hands-on professional to support our administrative and purchasing functions, while also assisting with event coordination as needed.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our outlet in Selangor, Malaysia. The Admin (Purchasing & Events) role is responsible for managing daily purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, supporting event operations, and handling essential administrative tasks.

The role also involves ensuring proper documentation, assisting with basic financial processes, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • This role is
    outlet-based
    , not office-based, due to the need for direct supplier and vendor coordination.
  • You will be required to work on
    weekends and public holidays
    based on operational needs.
  • Shift hours
    apply (8 AM – 8 PM rotation; 8-hour working shift). Extended hours may be required on certain days to support production or events.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Solid analytical and financial awareness for managing purchasing tasks and maintaining cost control.
  • Experience in administrative support, including documentation, scheduling, and overall office coordination.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative or purchasing-related software/tools.
  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
