- Shift Opening/Closing: Participating in opening and closing duties, such as setting up the dessert station, ensuring all equipment is functional, and securing the premises at the end of the day.
- Knowledge of Menu: Being well-versed in the dessert menu offerings, ingredients used, and any potential allergens to assist customers with dietary requirements.
- Teamwork: Working collaboratively with other service crew members and supporting team members during busy periods.
