**Job Title**: UAT Tester

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business users and analysts to understand LOS requirements and define UAT scope.
- Perform end-to-end user acceptance testing for LOS including integrations with core banking, credit bureaus, KYC/AML services, and document management systems.
- Identify, document, and track UAT issues, discrepancies, and bugs in tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
- Validate regulatory compliance and audit-related workflows during UAT cycles.
- Conduct regression testing and participate in defect triage meetings with QA and development teams.
- Work with business stakeholders to obtain UAT sign-offs and support go-live readiness.
- Provide post-UAT support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of LOS changes.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

**Experience**:

- 1+ years of experience in UAT or software testing roles.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in testing Loan Origination Systems in a banking or financial services environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of LOS workflows and lending lifecycle (from customer onboarding to disbursement).
- Proficient in writing test cases, defect logging, and execution tracking.
- Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in testing LOS products like Finacle LOS, Temenos, Flexcube, or other proprietary systems.
- ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent testing certification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- UAT or software testing: 1 year (required)
- Loan Origination System (LOS): 1 year (preferred)
