**Responsibilities**
- Assist valuation executives in preparing valuation reports for various types of properties.
- Conduct site inspections and collect property-related data under supervision.
- Research property transactions, market trends, and comparable sales.
- Help in data entry, report formatting, and documentation of valuation assignments.
- Participate in fieldwork and on-site data gathering as part of the valuation process.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating property databases.
- Assist in liaising with clients, local authorities, and property agents where required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Property Studies, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of property valuation methods and Malaysian property laws is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license (preferred for site inspections).
- Eager to learn and able to work under supervision and independently.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
