**Type of Employment**: Full-time

**Rate**: RM 2,500 + Guaranteed Commission

**Location**: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As a **Scalp Consultant/Therapist**, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is knowledgeable about various scalp and hair conditions and is dedicated to providing personalized consultations and solutions.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage, and related services
- Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers.
- Communicate and advise what is best for the client's interest
- Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness and safety standards according to standard operating procedures
- Regular scalp checks for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers)
- Provide excellent service and create exceptional experiences for customers
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- At least 6 months - 1 year related experience as a Scalp Consultant or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Professional certificate is a plus
- Excellent customer service & sensitivity to customers’ needs and paying attention to details.
- Positive attitude and cheerful
- Service oriented and well-groomed
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday
