**Role Overview**:
As a Freelancer Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns. Your content will help promote our products, engage with our community, and drive traffic to our site. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that your content aligns with our brand’s voice and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotions**: Develop compelling content that showcases our products in a fun, informative, and attractive manner, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
- **SEO Optimization**: Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO), driving organic traffic to our website and increasing visibility in search results.
- **Audience Engagement**: Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers on social media, building a loyal online community of pet lovers.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and align content with broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
- **Brand Voice**: Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across all platforms, ensuring content resonates with our target audience and stays true to our pet-friendly, fun, and professional image.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track the performance of your content and use analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep up-to-date with pet-related content trends, popular hashtags, social media challenges, and e-commerce best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Experience creating content for social media, blogs, or e-commerce websites, preferably in the pet, lifestyle, or consumer goods sectors.
- **Creativity**: Ability to come up with fresh, engaging content ideas that appeal to pet owners and pet lovers. Strong visual and storytelling skills are a must.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Proficient in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and XiaoHongShu. Understanding of platform algorithms and how to maximize content engagement.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Understanding of SEO best practices for digital content, including keyword research and optimization.
- **Content Creation Tools**: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- **Passion for Pets**: A genuine love for animals and an understanding of the pet care industry, as well as the ability to connect with pet owners through content.
- **Excellent Writing Skills**: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling copy.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines.
- **Preferred**: Knowledge of the Malaysian pet market and its trends (optional).
