**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To assists superior in daily purchasing operations including import purchase, sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery
- To ensure all materials are purchased according to required specifications & requirements as stated in PO
- To monitor delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure goods are delivered in accordance to the agreed price and specification
- To monitor and arrange import purchase
- To carry out price review activities for goods purchased
- To generate PO & related correspondences
- Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged items
- To monitor the inventory and delivery status
- To provide sales support and coordination work to sales department.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Applicants must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any field
- Good presentation & communication skills
- Aggressive and self-motivated personality and able work independently in a fast-pace environment
- Must be computer literate
- Possess own transport
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days / week (alternate Saturday)
- 1 full time position at **ULU TIRAM**, Johor
- Able to start work immediately / having experiences in steel industries will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
