Job Title: Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist (with Videography Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

- Video Production:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), website, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative video concepts that align with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
- Utilize professional video equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) effectively.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, engaging, and optimized for different platforms.
- Digital Marketing:

- Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers, design posters and create videos.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., video views, engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and provide regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in video marketing.
- Content Creation:

- Create high-quality, engaging content, posters or videos.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging content.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in video production, editing, and digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional video production and editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools
- Experience with social media analytics and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for fitness and a strong interest in creating engaging video content.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Experience with live streaming platforms (e.g., Instagram Live, Facebook Live).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
